Other information
I’m excited to welcome a like-minded flatmate to share this beautiful north-facing apartment in the heart of Waterloo. If you value personal space, good vibes, and a drama-free home, we’re already a great match! I’m independent and respect boundaries, but always happy to pitch in, keep things clean, and make the space feel like home.

Cleaning and laundry products are shared if you'd like to use them—same with splitting the bills (electricity, gas, internet), all divided evenly. The invoices are in my name, but everything’s fully transparent.

About the Area

Waterloo is one of Sydney’s fastest-growing lifestyle precincts. Just a 5-minute walk to Surry Hills and Wunderlich Lane, home to spots like Olympus and Bar Julius. Nearby are the cafes of Danks Street, East Village Shopping Centre, and the new Aquatic Leisure Centre.

You’ll be surrounded by green spaces including the beautiful Centennial Park, perfect for morning jogs or chilled weekends. Public transport is super convenient: buses out front, Green Square Station just 5–7 mins away, and the L2/L3 light rail lines nearby with easy access to Bourke Street Bakery and the CBD.

All your essentials are right downstairs—Coles, Johnny Gio’s Pizza, Vintage Cellars, and more. Friends in Redfern or Surry Hills? Catching up is easy. Lime bikes are across the street, and airport/freeway access is a breeze.

Beaches like Gordon’s Bay, Clovelly, and Little & Big Congwong are nearby. I’m usually at Bondi Junction in 12 mins, and Bondi Beach in 20 when it’s quiet!

Why You’ll Love It

City views, timber floors, natural light, and a fresh, modern layout. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking and stone benchtops. The master with ensuite is available (slightly higher rate). Shared rooftop with city views—ideal for sunny days or NYE fireworks.

Just bring your essentials—and your good vibes!
