Hi! I'm looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Waterloo. You'll have the second bedroom to yourself, along with your own (separate) bathroom. The unit is in a secure, modern complex with access to a gym and pool/sauna/jacuzzi complex.

What's included:

- Fully furnished common areas and spacious, sun-drenched balcony with gas BBQ.

- Grassy, tree-lined courtyard with BBQ facilities.

- Just bring your own bedroom furniture (e.g. bed, desk).

- Fast transport links to the city, UNSW, USYD & beaches.

- Coles downstairs, Aldi 2 minutes away.

- Walking distance to the local dog park, Centennial Park and Moore Park Golf.

The whole complex, including the balcony, is non-smoking as per the lease. It's tricky to get pics of the room that do it justice, but I'm happy to arrange an inspection or video tour.

Bills and expenses

Gas and electricity (quarterly) and internet (monthly) split 50-50 in addition to the rent. Last gas bill was $124, last electricity bill was $240.

No cleaner at present but happy to get one if desired.

Car space is currently in use (not for much longer) but you can either rent one from the landlord ($30-60/week) or park in the unrestricted parking zones in the neighbouring streets if you need parking.
