The apartment is split level across levels 7 & 8 with floor to ceiling rap-around windows with a pretty good view over Moore Park and out to the east. Great location if you're into walking or running with Moore Park & Centennial Park only minutes away.
There's a decent onsite gym, lap pool, two other swimming pools, a spa & sauna.
Reverse cycle air-con / heating throughout. Kitchen has gas stove-top, electric oven, dishwasher & fully provided appliances. You're welcome to add whatever you have.

Weekday evenings I tend to cook dinner and chill watching a TV show of sorts. Weekends I try to get out for a couple of walks around Centennial Park and catch up with friends for lunch or dinner. Sometimes I'll have a couple of friends over for dinner & drinks and more than happy if you do the same. I enjoy cooking, I'm open to meal sharing or doing our own thing, happy either way.
Ultimately seeking someone on the same page that's looking for a chilled but fun living space.
Ideally prefer a clean home without being too over the top about it. All good if you have a partner, they're welcome to stay over however not looking for a permanent 3rd housemate.
