5 Furnished rooms available in a large social terrace 5 minutes walk from Central and Redfern Station.
The first bedroom is quite small and comes furnished with a single bed, small desk and clothes rack. It’s $215pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner. So $250pw in total. The room is available now.
The second bedroom is mid sized and comes furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe. It’s $240pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner. So $275pw in total. It’s also avail to 2 people for an extra $100pw, or $375pw altogether. The room is available now.
