Our fully equipped kitchen is made for cooking adventures, and we've got cozy common areas with 2 large smart TVs in both the dining and living rooms. The balcony is our daily hangout spot - perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. Plus parking, fast unlimited wifi, and laundry facilities are all sorted.
The Vibe
We've created a very relaxed house atmosphere with great social balance - respectful but definitely not boring! We love cooking together, socializing with friends at home, and we're big on sharing great experiences. Think of it as your home away from home where genuine connections happen naturally.

You'll be in one of Sydney's most vibrant neighbourhoods with fantastic cafes and two beautiful parks just 8 minutes walk away. It's trendy without being pretentious.
The Practical Stuff
Bills are included (electricity, gas, water, internet), the room comes furnished with brand new furniture, and we're looking for a minimum 3-month stay. Most of our flatmates end up staying 12+ months because they genuinely love living here!

Our other flatmate is a talented and creative hair stylist originally from Japan. He brings wonderful energy to our home and loves experimenting with traditional Japanese dishes that fill the house with incredible aromas. He's sociable, warm, and enjoys sharing his culture through food and stories.
