Description of the home

Unfortunately our housemate is moving back to Spain and we are looking for someone likeminded to take over the room. We are both in our early 30's, very chill and open minded and reasonable clean. We are respectful of each other's privacy but get along well and always up for a dinner or movie night.
The place is situated at the end of Redfern just off Bourke Street. We are 3 minutes from Surry Hills (Crown St), 1 minute from Coles/Aldi, 5-10 minutes from Redfern main street and 20 minutes to Central station. Across the road is Moore Park and Centennial Park, and downstairs we have access to a communal gym, poor, spar and sauna. I am occupying the car space but for the right person we can apply for permit for outside parking or you could easily fit a motor bike or scooter.

There is also a communal pool, gym, sauna and spar that we don't have to pay for.

The Boring Details.
The room has inbuilt wardrobes and shelves and can fit a double bed. It can come furnished if you like (as shown in the photos). We have a detached office in the living room if you need to use and outside balcony.

The rent was just increased and cannot be increased again until July 2026. Ideally looking for someone to stay until Dec 2025 however there is the option of taking the lease post December and staying longer. Unfortunately no pets! Bond is 3 weeks.
