A property in a great location near Botany Road in Mascot! A beautiful apartment built 4.5 years ago, with its own room and bathroom, shared with only one other person, so even women can live stress-free and with peace of mind.
We have one pet cat! Please refrain from living if you don't like cats or are allergic to them. He is very friendly and well behaved.
All furniture and appliances were carefully purchased, so we are only looking for people who can handle things carefully, clean well on a daily basis, and follow the rules. Please refrain from living if you cannot clean or manage hygiene.
The airport is close by, so there is a little airplane noise, but it's not that loud, and all rooms have soundproof double-glazed windows so it's hardly a problem. The surrounding area is a residential area with no other large apartments, so it's comfortable and very quiet. Each bedroom is located across the living room from the other, so you won't hear the noise from the next room and you can rest assured about your privacy. There are supermarkets, post offices, cafes and restaurants, pharmacies, and many other places within a 3-minute walk, so it's very convenient. If you have a car, we can lend you a parking space. (Consultation required)
We have a high-quality king-size bed, so couples can use it. (Couple $575/week 2 weeks bond)
Utilities are basically all-inclusive, but if they exceed a certain amount, they will be billed in installments.
