2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Living with male 30. I’m a disability manager and looking for someone to share my home with. Room direct access to balcony and built in robes, only me here so second bathroom is basically yours. We have access to pool/gym/spa/sauna onsite.

No parking included but there is a vacant spot you would be welcome to negotiate with the owner of to use. We are right next to Mascot station with access to central 2 stops away! Quiet building and have had no issues with neighbours!

Room is furnished with bed and ready to go! I am happy to arrange to remove furniture if you prefer your own and plan on staying for a while.

I don’t own a dog but my GF visits some weekends and occasionally brings hers who is extremely friendly.
