Sublet available in Bondi- SHORT TERM
We are flexible on dates but ideally looking for someone from May/June/ into start of July ( happy to discuss though)
I am going away so we are renting out our spare bedroom in our amazing Bondi Road apartment.
- 10 min walk to Bondi Beach, 12 min walk to Tama and Bronte Beach. 333 bus stop outside,
- 1x room, sharing a bathroom with one other ( who will be away for 3 of those weeks)
- Room is empty as we use it for an office/ our spare room- so it has an empty wardrobe, bedside table, comfortable bed. Lots of room for you to make. yourself at home. You won't feel like you're in someone else's room!
- Perfect for someone just arriving in Sydney or who is between places
- House has air con/heating, a dishwasher, dryer, a washing machine etc.
- Ideally looking for a single person who works in the office/ hybrid.
- Very clean and tidy apartment - would be expected to be part of the cleaning rota which is done weekly.
