ANNANDALE DOUBLE ROOM IN GORGEOUS 2 BED TERRACE. Decent size double room for short term rent from 1st of Feb to 19th of March on Young street. Few minutes walk from Booth st, 10 mins to Blackwattle Bay. On the 470 bus route and a short walk to the light rail. The house is fab, see pictures (furniture has changed) with the best feature being the big balcony overlooking the leafy garden and water feature to sooth your tired soul. Room has built in wardrobe and bed can be sourced if required.

You would be sharing with me. I enjoy the outdoors and catching up with friends. Looking for someone who is kind, easy going and is happy to split bills and cleaning with me. Ideal housemate would enjoy the odd catch up and shared dinner, drink and also who has there own world going on. I am social but the house is a relatively calm space to unwind in.
