1 queen size room available in a great freestanding and fully furnished modern home. Classic style on the outside and very modern features inside with open plan living, aircon and dishwasher.
Other fun features include a massive backyard, a large laundry with a toilet and shower and giant lemon tree that has so many lemons, you'll have plenty of gifts for your friends.
Parking permit available for on-street parking. It's usually easy to find a spot outside the house.
Transport wise - we are 700 m from Lewisham train station, 600 m from the light rail and 300 m from Parramatta Road.
The house is in a great location: 400m from Leichhardt MarketPlace and a stone's throw from Norton Street.
Our home is pretty chill and we've kept it a pretty adult household with everyone being respectful of keeping the common areas tidy and sharing the weekly chores.
I've found we keep busy lives with work, gym and activities during the week. We share a dinner or two when the mood strikes. Or if we've got friends over for a drink we like to share the fun.
I've got two queen sized bedrooms on offer for a very reasonable price for the area thanks to it being a long term rental. If my spiel appeals to you, drop me a line!

Bills and expenses
Very lucky here and only have Internet and electricity (with solar power to make it cheaper!) to pay for. Bills are divided evenly between 3 people.

Julia: late 30s, works full-time from the office for a small news publisher. I try to get the gym a couple of times a week and when it's a bit warmer meet friends on weekends.
Chelsea: 28, classical musician currently working in sales. Likes watching anime, crocheting and doing outdoorsy things like hiking.
We are a friendly household that likes to have a catch-up chat after work. We keep it relatively quiet during the week but like to get out and about on the weekends. As for the house, we do like to keep common areas tidy (but not obsessively so).
