The space available is two rooms with separate doors to a balcony facing the front of the house, and a full bathroom with a bath.

The house is located close to Tramsheds, Rozelle Bay light rail .Annandale Village, Glebe foreshore parks, Cohen Park and funky suburban cafe's.
We are fortunate in this house to be able to shut off our own doors to the rest of the house for our own privacy. We all do our own thing is our own spaces and manage house admin in our house chat. We see one another around from time to time but largely live different lives under the same large roof. We do however appreciate open communication and conversation in passing.

Ideally we want a similar easy going employed professional, laid back and most importantly respectful of common spaces.
Sharing a covid safe household is important to us due to the nature of work some us do and also some of the people we visit The right person who will live here would be mindful of this and be willing to live covid safe in common areas at home.
