Located in quiet area in West Footscray, 11 minute drive into docklands. 2 min drive to West Footscray or Tottenham train stations. House is fully furnished you can bring your own bed if you wish. Parking is on street. Large 75inch telly good for watching movies and sport. Split system in every room as well as ceiling fans. House is 3 bedroom but will be living with myself and chocolate lab 2 year old. The third room will be a spare study/guest room. Housemate of 3 years moving interstate.
