Room is available from May 10, it's in Victoria Square, Footscray if you want to have a google. Inspections able to be from May 10 onwards, happy to send a virtual inspection

Amenities include: Pool, games room, gym, sky garden, sky garden running track and communal BBQ facilities.

Walking distance to the Maribyrnong river and arts precinct, Hopkins St shopping precinct and Footscray train station. There's also a bus that stops out the front that takes you right into Queen St. 7min drive to the CBD.

The apartment itself has a shared balcony attached to your room, a study and your own bathroom.

I am also moving in around the same time, so we can make it our own! I'll be buying a fridge and washing machine, couch etc. All you'll need is to furnish your own room. If you have other furniture, happy to work with it too.
