About the occupants
I am a restaurateur, I have a partner at uni. I am working a lot mostly day and night Thursday to Saturday, but am home Sunday to Wednesday. This may change as a business owner. I like fun people that also enjoy their privacy as I do mine. I love to cook so happy to cook for you if I’m home, but happy not to also. Not a party house but… twist my arm and that can change . I have a TV in my room so no fighting over the TV. lounge sharing isn’t really an issue. The house has awesome ducted heating and cooling. It is expensive to run so we don’t take the piss.

Someone who doesn’t have their own furniture sorry! Someone very clean and tidy. Someone that won’t disrespect my cooking equipment and mostly are ok with a pretty chill dog.
Description of pets
Dudley is 6. He’s a welsh cardigan corgie. Thinks he’s special will let you know. He is in and out of the house, mostly likes to hang around your feet and be with people. Best guard dog ever. Isn’t a fan of kids or people with hats he doesn’t know. Not yappy, but if he hears a noise that worries him he can be loud for a minute. Would love someone when I travel to be cool with him being at home with them. He is the king of his castle. Not a requirement but definitely a plus.
