Hi everyone, looking for a new housemate for this bright, cosy and charming 2BR flat/apartment in Box Hill, Melbourne! I recently graduated Professional Screenwriting at RMIT, now studying to teach that.

9 minutes walk to Box Hill Central (Amazing Asian groceries and butchers, Woolies & Coles, Chemist and Daiso, tonnes of restaurants, Bulk-billing medical Superclinic, Train Station (Always easy to get an express ride to and from the city during peak-hour times, 20-25 minutes), Bus Station, "109" Tram to Port Melbourne).
The room is medium sized with built-in wardrobe and West-facing window.

Aldi supermarket is just a short walk away, also!

Close to Deakin University Burwood, Box Hill TAFE.
Right next to us is Surrey Park Aquatic Centre, gym, sauna, basketball courts, baseball and football fields).

Looking for someone neat and tidy, considerate, responsible, not big for parties. Take care of your own food, wash your own dishes. Please, shoes off indoors, no cooking heavy smelling foods. Sorry, I'm a bit sensitive to really strong stuff as the place is not huge.

Bills and expenses

Rent: AUD$717 per calendar month (due on the 6th day of each month)
Internet: AUD$42.50 per month (unlimited fast internet)
Bills: Electricity 1/2 (Usually half is AUD$50-$75, maybe more in Winter), water is 1/2, but usually quite cheap. We don't have gas power here, so all electric.
