Looking for a female/non-binary housemate for a quiet, sunny, 2-bedroom (1-bathroom, separate toilet) unit in leafy Box Hill!! My lovely housemate is moving in with her boyfriend, but I love this place, so looking to find someone else who will love the place as much as me! You will be sharing with me and my sweet cat named Monte. Perfect for city workers who don’t want the hustle and bustle to follow them home! I have an excellent personal relationship with the property owner and the property manager, and any rental increases have only occurred at the lease renewal and have been minimal. The lease ends in December (you would be going on the lease), but am looking for someone who is looking for a long-term home, to renew the lease with me in December for some stability!

THE UNIT: This unit has a split system in the main living area, a dishwasher, and a carport. The place is located within a 10-15 minute walk to Laburnum station (Lilydale/Belgrave line + express trains!!) and a 20-minute walk to Box Hill Central (tram and yummy food!). There are also 2 close bus stops (5min, 10min). The place is mostly furnished, with my friend (outgoing housemate) willing to leave some items behind (temporarily or permanently), so we can be flexible depending on what you want to bring in! Your room will be unfurnished, or we can come to an arrangement with the outgoing housemate.
