Hello to the wonderful people reading this, I hope you're day is lovely. I'm Meran snikfig and my sharehouse has a room available to be filled ASAP. It's a typical eclectic sharehouse with mix match furniture collected over the years. And a mex mash of people collected over the years.
The house:
There is still a huge lounge with super soft comfy couches, gaming concoled from old to new, smart TV, AC and heating.
2 bathrooms, good hot water pressure. one over bath tub the other seperate shower.
Kitchen facilities are decent. Gas oven and cooktop. We have all the appliances; 2 frides, air fryer,4slice toaster etc.
Fully equipped laundry with 7.5kg washer and dryer.
5bedrooms but the place is huge and it does not feel like we are on top of each other at all.
Outdoor space galore!!! There's a deck which then opens up to a massive backyard and a 4 car garage (used as sotrare/chill zone!!)
Ohhhh and wenhaveducted gas heating!!!! It's nice and toasty inside!
Parking is free off and on street. 6ish min drive to the M3, in close proximity to Swinburn Hawthorn (15 min drive 40min PT), Box Hill Institute (7min drive 20 on PT) and Deakin (15 min drive, 45 on PT). Bus to the Melbourne central is 2 min walk away takes 45min peak hour an 30 off peak. 3 major super markets plus lots of specialty stores asll within 10 min drive. Balwyn north is a pretty quiet suburb with parks and sports grounds and reserves.

John (he/him) is 30, he's an aged care worker and student from the Philippines via Dubai. He works shifts so is sometimes sleeping in the day. Quiet and respectful to live with but will also have a chat and share a meal or a drink.
I'm Meran Snikfig (she/they), queer, 34, neuroD I'm an apprentice carpenter and go to bed early and get up early. I love music and go doofing when the lineup id right! I have 2 cats (outdoor/indoor) who once they get to know will treat like some of the furniture. I train calisthenics hard and like to hit the gym sometimes up to 5 times a week. Facebook me
Jay (They/Them) - 24 and queer, Artist and writer. Spends my time volunteering and helping people out. I love animals and tv shows and always down to watch something in the lounge. I have a cat who is indoor and quite mischevious, but also quite the gentleman.
Hamish ( he/him) 31 - Hamish and I train together at the calisthenics gym, acid gamer and owner of most of the consoles. He's a chill guy, funny and respectful. Works full time in manufacturing and sales.
The Boyssssss - my 2 cats and Jay's 1, all super friendly (one more so at first but trust they will both demand your attention in no time then treat you like furniture. Outside durring the day but in at night they just spoiled freeloader really.
Just looking for someone respectful, relatively clean andeasygoing. will consider pets but as we already have 3 cats we don't really want more. previous sharehouse experience is a must!!
