Description of the home
Our house is in a quiet neighbourhood with nice neighbours. We are super close to the Eastern Fwy & a 1.1km walk to Laburnum train station. Blackburn Square is around the corner which has a good handfull of shops - Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, fruit & veg market, PO, chemist, gym & a few restrants. We are also close to Box Hill & Box Hill Central, where there are a heaps of restaurants, fruit & veg markets & numerous other shops & services. Box Hill Gardens, a peaceful spacious park is also close by with a walk/running track, basketball court & a little skate park. There is a rock climbing gym nearby, a bunnings, and only an 18 minute drive to Warrandyte River if you enjoy a swim, picnic/BBQ, or doing the 'summer float' where you get your inflatables or boats and travel the circuit around which is super fun 😄
