Head one way and you’ll find Boundary Street with its endless choice of restaurants, cafes, and bars, plus Woolworths, Coles, and Harris Farm all within a short walk. Head the other way and you’ll discover the famous West End Markets on Saturday mornings, along with the scenic river walk that loops around to South Bank.

Public transport is close by with convenient bus routes, making it easy to get around the city.

There are also visitor car spots available, which are rarely full — so parking for friends or family is never an issue.

The apartment itself is relaxed, comfortable, and a great base to enjoy the lifestyle West End is known for.

I’m an early riser (usually up around 5:30am) and tend to wind down pretty early at night. I don’t drink and generally prefer a calm, balanced lifestyle.

In my spare time, I enjoy heading down to the weekend markets, walking along the river, training at the gym, and traveling whenever I get the chance. Because I travel for both work and holidays fairly often, you’ll have the place to yourself quite a bit.

I’m not a neat freak, but I do like to keep the apartment tidy and comfortable. I’m also open to pets as long as they’re well looked after — I even have a separate balcony space that could be set up for them.

One thing I value is a relaxed, respectful home environment. I’m not a big fan of having random people brought back to the apartment, though I’m totally fine with partners visiting.

If you’re looking for someone who’s easygoing, considerate, and enjoys both downtime and an active lifestyle, I think we’d get along well.
