Description of the home

You’ll have your own private room and bathroom in this cozy apartment.

My desk is in the living room, so I often work or study there during the day. There’s no TV, but I’m planning to set up a projector soon for cozy movie nights. The space is still a work in progress as I slowly add furniture and decorate it into a calm little sanctuary.

The building also has some great shared amenities—gym, sauna, steam room, pool, and a beautiful BBQ area. If you’d like to have friends over now and then, that’s a great option to hang out while keeping the apartment itself peaceful.

I’m not into parties and rarely have people over—just the occasional dinner with family. I see home as a quiet, peaceful space and would love to live with someone who feels the same. I don’t mind if you bring friends over now and then, just a heads-up would be appreciated.

Bills and expenses

Rent includes internet, water, and electricity within reasonable use. I’m happy to include bills to keep things simple, but I do ask that we’re both mindful—especially with things like the air con or heater, since they can add up quickly. I generally only use them when really necessary and would appreciate someone with similar habits. If the usage ever goes beyond what’s reasonable, we can chat and adjust fairly together!
