Our apartment is a modern, 3-bedroom unit with large kitchen, living area and dining room. It is fully furnished with modern, comfortable furniture, and a 75” TV. We have a large, covered balcony which is great for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is a separate laundry room, with a front loading washing machine, heat pump dryer and sink.

The apartment building itself is modern, with beautiful architecture. It is located in a very quiet street but close to Gympie Rd. Roof top entertaining space and pool are available to use.

Lutwyche HomeCo. Shopping Center is a 5-minute walk, offering Coles, Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets, food court, a post office, and other specialty stores. A bus stop is nearby on Gympie Road.

Whilst no secure parking space is provided, street parking is available.
