The house has a huge deck, patio and a garden. There are four bedrooms but most of the time there will only be two people living at the house.

The first available room white bedding in photo) is a furnished medium/large bedroom that has a large built-in closet and air-conditioning. The bathroom has a bath and shower and is directly opposite the room (exclusive use). (3 months or longer only from end of July, $300 a week + bills).

The second available room (colorful bedding in photo) is extra large and has a queen bed and most of the closet space available. It has access to the downstairs bathroom which is also the laundry/ guest bathroom. (Available from end of July to October only, $265 a week plus bills.)

There are two living areas - one next to the kitchen upstairs and a lounge in the basement, a dining room, open plan kitchen and a third bathroom/ laundry in the basement too. The house is fully furnished with all furniture and electronics.

The house is walking distance (less than 1km) to Aldi, QUT precinct, Roma and Victoria parks, cafes, post office and other local amenities. There are several bus stops a short walk away with quick access to the city, Fortitude Valley, etc.

I have three indoor cats so security doors and unscreened windows need to remain closed so they can't get out (I hope you will love them too and be happy to feed them if I go away :-))

I am neat and tidy and you need to be too. Happy to meet and answer any questions. Cleaning is shared amongst housemates.

Bills is an additional $60/ week and includes all utilities, gardening and shared household cleaning products (laundry soap, dishwasher tablets. bin liners, etc.
