Description of the home
The house has a nice and bright open plan and the kitchen within has heaps of bench space and a dishwasher. The bathroom is a bit old-fashioned, which makes it a good place to contemplate on our ancestors (or 90s interior design choices).
The whole property has ducted heating and air conditioning controlled from the central panel, smoke alarm, and even a security camera up the front.
There is a small front yard and backyard and the property oversees the park. The area generally has a handful of beautiful parks nearby.
The driveway is for one car only; if you do own a car - happy to share the driveway with the general rule 'first come, first serve'

Bills and expenses
The internet is included in rent fee.
Water, electricity and gas will be split 50/50.
All bills come every 3 months, but I pay a chunk of money for electricity and gas monthly to reduce the amount when the bills come.
Please note I expect everyone to be mindful of not wasting these resources when not in use 👍

My name is Jagoda and I am a 32-year-old Polish girl, who's been living in Australia for 10 years now.
I work full-time as a Tech Support in an aviation software company, and in my spare time, I volunteer for AWL, do bouldering, go for walks, and curl up on the couch watching a wide range of Youtube videos mostly.
You would be able to also hear me playing the keyboard sometimes, or I'd venture out for a hike, camping, or some socialising with friends.
Other than that, I love dogs, travelling, I enjoy taking photos with my film camera and I'm interested in aviation and psychology.
I work from home 2 days a week, and 3 from the office.
As a housemate, I am approachable and always happy to help out with anything; from grabbing you some chocolate from the store to fixing your dating life 👌 You will find I am rather organised, clean and stay on top of things. I am also a very direct and transparent person, and I try to add humour to both good and bad days/situations any of us might have.
I don't do drugs, smoking and drink once in a blue moon. Though if you bring some nice and sweet white wine with you, I'll give it a sip or two.
- Really good communication skills. By that I mostly mean transparency, willigness to have difficult conversations (if required) and emotional maturity.
- Good general hygiene and maintaining common areas clean after use. I am not a clean freak, but I do chores weekly and I would prefer to live with someone who cleans as they go and helps out around the house.
On the similar note, as a house-trained European, I insist no residents or other humans wear their outdoor shoes inside the house.
- I treat home as a place to unwind and prefer if the home is free of parties and guests. That being said, if you want to invite someone in on a rare occasion - that'll be OK but please let me know first.
- My bedroom is just next to the bathroom, so I would appreciate if you can avoid late or crazy early showers, and use the other toilet as your go-to when you know I am asleep. Just an unfortunate house layout 😕
