The house is located just between Greenacres shopping centre and Northgate shopping centre.
1min by a car or 5-10mins on foot distance.

2 Bus stops nearby the house. One is 30sec away and the other is 5 mins away?
They both will take you to the city.

The house got 2.5 toilets. 2 upstairs and 1 in down stair.
Therefore, you will use the toilet with other share-mate if there is one.
The floor planner will give you exact size of the room.

Off-Street parking available.

Only single is acceptable as per my Tenancy Agreement.

His name is Bangle. Now 6 yrs old. I have had him since he was 8 wks old.
He is quiet and coward. Love people, especially women. Desexed.
He will mainly stay in my room. I prefer him not to get into others' rooms as sometimes he was trapped inside.
He never scratch or attack people.
