I’m a quiet, clean and friendly person, and very respectful of people’s privacy and space.
I like my home to be a chilled and relaxing space..not a party house.
I do work a lot and value my downtime during the week. But I’m always up for a chat☺️

I rarely have visitors, but when I do socialise, I tend to go out to see them..which even that is pretty rare for me these days lol.

Weekdays after work are pretty quiet for me. Just tidy up a bit, eat an watch a bit of Netflix.
On weekends I do my chores and run my errands and likely do a bit of gardening an whatever floats my boat.

Work.
I work long hrs at a family run Smallgoods company and have been there for 17yrs

Rental history.
My last rental was an apartment by myself in Prospect and was there for 13yrs. But unfortunately for me it’s getting renovated along with a huge the rent increase.

Hobbies, include tending to my plant collection, cleaning, music and whatever I feel like at the time.

Possible downsides.
The only thing I believe to be any kind of deterrent is that I have a 15yr old son. But he only stays 2 nights a fortnight..occupying the 3rd rm.
He’s super quiet and an absolute blessing to engage with. He’s highly into coding and computer programming and spends most of his time in his room.
(For the ladies) We do have a toilet seat stays down rule, even without a housemate.

But yes, you’d basically be sharing a large 3 br house with mainly myself.
Also i do smoke..but only ever outside.

I’d prefer someone long term, but am flexible from at least 6mths+ but happy to start out with a 6mth lease to begin with.

Applicant will also be added to the lease.

I’m looking for someone that works and is clean, tidy & chilled. A positive mindset and respectful of my belongings and house upkeep.
I’m not keen on constant visitors as I like to keep the house as a safe, clean an relaxing environment to come home to. If you like playing music..cool!!..go for it! Just not too loud during late hours lol.
