The house is a large older place, on top of Holden Hill.
The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by trees, parkland, wildlife and walking trails ect,
The backyard is enormous and overlooks the Hope Valley reservoir, which creates outstanding sunrise & moonrise from over the mountains for that morning cup of coffee.
The house itself has large rooms, a walk in pantry and has just been all freshly renovated. Including new kitchen, bathroom, floorboards, down lights, alarm and security cameras ect.

I have all necessary whitegoods and household appliances..including Nespresso machine.

The house is set up as a relaxing space..not a party house.

I rarely have visitors, but when I do socialise, I tend to go out to see them.
But on that note I am a social person and always up for a chat.

Im a Smallgoods maker/manager and have been there for 17yrs

Rental history.
My last rental was an apartment by myself in Prospect and was there for 13yrs. But unfortunately for me it’s getting renovated along with a huge the rent increase.
(And can provide landlords reference if requested).

Hobbies.
My main hobby is garden design, gardening, cleaning, music and whatever I feel like at the time.

Possible downsides.
I have a 15yr old son. That only stays 4 nights a month..occupying the 3rd rm.
He’s super quiet and an absolute legend to engage with. He’s highly into computer programming and spends most of his time in his room.

So you’d basically be sharing a large 3 br house with mainly myself.
Also i do smoke..but only outside.

I’d prefer someone long term, but am flexible from at least 3mths+

Applicant will also be added to the lease.

I’m looking for someone that’s employed, is clean and tidy. A positive mindset and respectful of the house and upkeep.

I’ve usually shared with females and my son and i would prefer to keep it that way. The balance works well.
