How to delete your profile / account

To delete your profile, open your "Profile" page and select the menu within the Account Status panel at the top of that page. The menu opens from a button with 3 dots on the desktop website, and a button with "Action" text on the mobile website.

When you delete your profile all your messages, information, photos, name and contact details are permanently deleted from our records and cannot be restored.

If you accidentally delete a profile that you made a payment to activate, we will still have a record of your payment.
