How to delete your profile / account
To delete your profile, select the "Delete Profile" link on the Account page. To open the Account page, select the "Account" tab from the top of the page within your profile.
Important information about deleting your profile:
- When you delete your profile all your written information, photos, name and contact details are permanently deleted from our records.
- Active profiles can't be deleted. You'll need to deactivate your profile before you can delete it. You can deactivate your profile on the Account page.
- If you're looking for a home, you can't delete your profile if it expired within the past 30 days. After 30 days you can delete it from the Account page.
