Separate 1 bedroom unit with own lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Pictures are of the space you would have to enjoy for yourself. I live upstairs and a friend lives in the granny flat out the back with two cute little rescue puppies who will love you if you feed them chicken! The entire place is 8 bedrooms across 3 spaces but we are planning on a total of 3-4 people living here. Not in a rush to fill the house - looking for the right fit.
