Hello there. We have a single bedroom, unfurnished, but it will fit a double bed, in the western suburbs of Brisbane. The house has four bedrooms, only three will be let, and two bathrooms and this room will share with one of those bathrooms. The room is bright and the outlook is beautiful onto a lush native front garden. The other occupants are two early 20's males who are very friendly and happy people. One is an engineer and the other is a plumber. The house has a large kitchen and living room, a large laundry shared, a circular swimming pool and off street parking for four cars. There is a dining table, kitchen implements and refrigerator and lounge suite and TV. You just need a bed. The house is located within 5 minutes walk to a bus station that takes you into town or to University of Queensland. The neighbourhood is quiet and the house sits on top of a rise so the views are very nice. Shops, supermarkets and pubs and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. The per week charge is $220 plus power and internet contribution (if required). Please PM me for more information.
