Description of the home

This elegant, spacious home with high ceilings is only a couple of years old. It’s super convenient in location, and takes me just 15 minutes from front door to CBD work desk via foot and the O-Bahn. Transport is the best (a single stop from the city centre and frequent buses until late), making post-work and weekend drinks in town super easy. Nearby to Norwood’s cafe scene, plus supermarkets, gyms (nearby GoodLife has a pool), and Linear Park (and Lockiel ParkRun). Not to mention an easy drive to Morialta and Mt Lofty.

Large living space is furnished with super comfy couches and a chill atmosphere, adjoining the large kitchen (dishwasher of course) and dining space that open out onto an undercover patio and private yard. The laundry is a dream with a long rail for laundry/ironing on hangers. Tiled floors in living and wet areas, and charcoal coloured carpet in the bedrooms. Ducted heating and cooling throughout. And dare I add, great for entertaining.

We each have our own bathrooms, plus there’s a room separating our bedrooms (where I have my desk, sofa, and yoga mat). Garage storage available.
