Hey guys we have a bedroom available in our beautiful terrace in Annandale! Your two new house mates are super friendly and laid back, we're looking for someone similar.
The House
This terrace house is fairly newly renovated with wooden floorboards throughout and updated bathrooms and kitchen. There is a separate lounge and kitchen/dining area with a large outdoor courtyard out the back. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a laundry and will be your own bathroom.
The house is located a 3 minute walk from Parramatta road with buses into the city every few minutes. The trip is less then 20mins on a good day. Stanmore station is about a 10 minutes walk. There is a small friendly grocer right around the corner, Leichhardt shops with woollies and Aldi are 10 minutes away with Broadway and the University of Sydney only 15 minutes by bus.
