High speed internet included in rent! 500mbps download! There's actually a choice of bedrooms - one at the front of the house and one at the back. The one at the front is larger. Both are carpeted and have ducted air conditioning.

It's a big house with plenty of room to spread out. Besides the bedrooms, there's a large kitchen area and outdoor patio area. There are three bathrooms, so you would literally have your own bathroom. There is cable internet with download speeds of +500Mbps, so stream away!

There is a bus stop literally right outside that can take you via Express Bus to the City in 40 minutes. The buses from here also go to Beecroft (train station - 10 minutes away), Macquarie Park and North Sydney, It's a short drive to the Carlingford Interchange where you can get a bus (every five minutes roughly, all-day every day) to Wynyard and QVB. It's surprisingly well-connected!

The home is very close to Castle Towers, Coonara Shops, North Rocks Shopping Centre and Carlingford Shopping Centre, so you're spoilt for choice! There's a big Coles at Thompson's Corner - a 3-minute drive away.

The lounge has a huge TV with Netflix, Stan and all kinds of other goodies. We get all the free-to-air channels with no problems.

House rules are simple: Clean up after yourself, and if you use/break something, replace it.

My name is Ian, and I run business operations for a growing chain of medical centres. I also run my own music video production business, with a view to become a successful film director.
