The bathroom that is available is the main bathroom, and has a separate toilet. Both of which will will be largely of exclusive use to the tenant, unless I have guests staying in the house, which happens occasionally.

I live with my dog Bentley. He is a medium sized dog and he is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Very friendly, loving and well behaved. He will happily sit on your lap if given the opportunity and if you are happy for him to do that.
