Hey friends! I’m heading to Europe and looking to rent out my lovely room while I’m away 🌍✈️

🚶‍♂️15 min walk to Redfern Station & Waterloo Metro
🚌 Bus stop right in front – takes you straight to the city or Surry Hills in 15 mins

💸 Rent: $360/week

The house has a big living room, spacious kitchen, and a sunny garden. You’d be living with two of my best mates – both super fun, kind and creative. Plus, there’s Milo the cat, who will most likely sneak under your bed and steal your heart 🐾

Only real “responsibility” is to water my plants every second week and give them a mist every now and then 🌱

The house is home to two lovely flatmates — both in their late 20s, working in creative fields. They’re warm, funny, and easygoing, and have been close friends of mine for years. They enjoy cooking together, having a wine night here and there, and appreciate a calm, respectful home vibe. I (the person subletting) will be away in Europe from 10 July to 9 August, and you’d be staying in my room during that time.
