Spacious double wardrobed bedroom with sole use of the main bathroom available to rent for $500pw excluding bills.
As my current flatmate is moving in with her partner, move in date is flexible and can be anytime from now up until Sunday 02/08. As a heads up the lease is due to be renewed for twelve months on the 25/10/2025.
The bedroom (3.5 x 4m) will be rented unfurnished, but apart from that the apartment is fully furnished.
The apartment comes with a dedicated study area and I work from home 2 - 3 days a week, so is ideally suited to someone who also works from home 2 - 3 days a week.
The apartment is super close to multiple bus stops, and a quick stroll to East Village/Danks Street/Green Square Train Station.

Occupants Description
I love starting my day by exercising first thing before starting my workday, so typically get up very early Monday - Friday and as a result am in bed fairly early mid-week. I really enjoy trying new restaurants and dining experiences, catching up with friends and getting out and about and enjoying all that Sydney has to offer.
From past experience, I've always been happiest living with someone who likes to create a home with the person they share with, rather than having the viewpoint of I'm just renting a room in an apartment. Some of my best friends are ex-flatmates of mine, so I am definitely down for hanging out together, and love a good catch up sess on the couch with a drink. In saying that I do love and respect alone time, and feel it's all about having a happy balance.
I'm looking to rent with someone who is friendly, conscious and considerate of the person they live with, tidies up after themselves and pays their bills on time. I'm not looking to live with a couple and my preference is to share with someone late-twenties or older. My home is one of my happy places, so I would like to live with someone who likes to keep their home neat, tidy and inviting, so it always feels nice to come home to :-)
