You will have a bedroom with balcony, which is furnished with a storage bed, queen size mattress and bedhead, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair. Shower and toilet are adjacent to the bedroom 2 and Ensuite for MBR. MBR ensuite also has a bathtub. The Laundry area is in the shared toilet area.

Rooms are at separate levels from each other so, has full privacy. A spacious living room with a balcony overlooking the garden and kitchen are at the same level as your room.

There is 1 car park available+ shared storage area next to the carpark. This can be negotiated for either rooms ( AUD 30/wk extra). Couples, twin sharing or Pets can be considered, however rent would be 100/wk extra. Bills (Internet, Electricity and Gas) are shared among flatmates.

Access to public transport from right next to the apartment. Cycle parking is also available. Food court is also in the shopping area of the premises. Many shops and restaurants at walking distance. walkable distance to Green Square station, Waterloo station, Centennial parklands, entertainment qtrs and Moore Park Golf course. Close to universities(UNSW and Uni Syd) and Hospitals( RPA, POW).
