The apartment is located top of Bridge Street, right next to Parramatta Road (opps Maccas) - with a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away. It’s super convenient — only 10 mins by bus to surrounding Universities, Broadway, Newtown and the city.

The room comes with:
A comfy queen bed, Desk, chair, laundry basket, A private, spacious balcony, Washer and dryer in the apartment too!
The main bathroom with a bathtub (will be shared with one other person, but currently all yours! as I look for another roommate)

Option for secure carpark in the building

I’m looking for someone very tidy and clean — this is non-negotiable.

You’ll be living with me — I work remotely in tech, am respectful, tidy, and always up for a walk, coffee, or hanging out as roommates. I am from NZ so tend to travel home a lot.
