Hey there!
I’m Marc, originally from Spain. My partner (from Colombia) and I are looking for a friendly flatmate to move into the second bedroom of our apartment.
We’re both easygoing, clean, and work full-time. The vibe at home is relaxed — we enjoy socialising, but we usually keep it low-key and only host dinners or small get-togethers occasionally.
The apartment is in Stanmore, just an 8-minute walk to Stanmore Station and 10 minutes to Newtown Station.
It’s a bright, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom place with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.

I work as a service engineer, which means I travel regularly for work, often spending a few weeks away each month. I live with my partner, who’s originally from Colombia and also works full-time. We’re both pretty laid-back, working your typical 9-to-5 jobs, and in the evenings we like to cook at home or relax with a movie.
We’re both around 34 years old and are looking for a flatmate who’s respectful, clean, and independent — someone who appreciates a peaceful home and doesn’t mind that we’re away quite a bit due to work.
