i’m the 1st to live here so room is actually brand new. The rent seems high but property explains all, love the security, people leave personal items in the basement areas? your room is exactly the same size as mine, carpeted (beautiful carpet) Very large built in robe.
I moved in and spent what was required on furniture and white goods to suite this beautiful home!Everything is brand new! right down to the 85 inch tv and Sonos stereo system!

Since i’ve moved in I’ve found the following: stg motor boat club, 3 min walk from here, the new stg Sailing club, 5min walk from here!
local buses all the time, out front of building (left about 30mtrs)
Food! it’s all here! Restaurants everywhere. For groceries is the “supabarn” awsome shopping centre, cole’s and woolworths are about 1 to 2 km drive.

I’m Dean,
just moved into this amazing apartment, It is brand new!!! I’m the 1st to live here, i’ve been here for 2 months. The builder never held back! wow, the entrance hallways are all marble! I’m a builder and fell in love lol! The security is unbelievable. There are two underground basement parking. cameras everywhere and access to parking by remote gate if your allowed!
Plenty of parking but i’m assigned 2 spots. never seen parking beside me lol!
I’m crap at photos, so an inspection is far better and won’t make me look so bad!
it’s a minutes walk to the water edge and a 3 minute walk to Stg motor boat club lol!
A 39second walk to the local gym and swimming pool!
I’m single now (and plan for a while lol). I’ve been a builder my career and love health etc. I love “clean”, love to party time to time!
Looking for a happy person who I gel with!
I’ve never shared before btw, so it’s a new beginning for both parties!
oh, shopping… it’s the best, 1min drive and your at the supabarn! best shops i’ve seen!
