Single level californian bungalow style house at Ramsgate / Sans Souci in Sydneys South. Close to public transport- bus stop close to home that is a short bus ride to kogarah or Rockdale train station for easy transport to the city.
The beach is a 12 minute walk.
The airport is close and so. Is the hospital and Hurstville.
Many shops and cafes close by and the Intersection Hotel for food and bar drinks.
Nice local vibe.
Kogarah Bay and Park is at the bottom of my street. Nice location and great area for walking and cycling
