The apartment is a 3 Bedrooms apt. with one ensuite and another bathroom share between 2 beds. We have 1 bedroom available for famale, and single only in the heart of Rockdale.

Walking distances:
📍 2 minutes walking to the train station
🚞 20 minutes to the CBD
🏖️ Less than a 30-minute walk to Brighton-Le-Sands Beach
🛍️ 5 minutes to Rockdale Plaza, with all the essentials: Aldi, Woolies, Chemist, Service NSW, doctors, etc.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone long-term, but we’re also accepting short-term stays, 2 months — we’re very flexible with dates! If you want to stay long-term afterwards, that’s also possible.

💛 Prices per room:
• Bedroom: $365/week single
