Hi, I’m Hayden, the owner of the apartment. I’m 35 and work as a Sydney-based First Class Flight Attendant with Qantas. I spend a lot of time travelling for work and also split my time overseas, but Sydney is still home.

The apartment was originally a one-bedroom, with the study having been set up as a second room. Pem occupies the study, which has a double bed and built-in wardrobe and works well as a comfortable bedroom space.

Pem works full-time in the city at the InterContinental Hotel. She’s incredibly respectful, humble and easygoing, and tends to keep to herself when she’s home, so the apartment has a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

I take pride in keeping the place well looked after and creating a friendly, relaxed home environment. I’m looking for the right person who will feel comfortable here and treat the space with the same respect.
