About occupants
I am a final-year university student going on exchange from July and looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment in Redfern. The apartment is conveniently located and offers a relaxed, quiet living environment.

The other flatmate is a 24-year-old working full-time in finance. He is clean, tidy, and easygoing, and likes a good balance between socialising and having my own space/quiet time. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, hiking, and squash, among other things.
