Spacious apartment in Redfern. 2 equal sized bedrooms, bathroom with a bathtub and separate stand-alone shower, laundry/dryer room, spacious living area made up of a combined kitchen/dining/living space, huge sun-room. Fully furnished with L-shaped couch, coffee table, tv, dining table and chairs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, nutri-bullet, air-fryer etc.

Sunroom has a large table and a great space for entertaining. Apartment has two entrances, one on Regent Street and another on Renwick Street. Prince Alfred park is just around the corner, as is Redfern Street.

The building is about a 4 minute walk from Redfern station and about a 9 minute walk from Central so fairly well connected in terms of transport. It's also quite walkable to the city.

The building does have underground parking but unfortunately we don’t have a spot. There's often notices of people renting out their spaces which could be an option.

About the occupants
Kev, 33 and from Ireland. Have been living in Sydney since October 2019. Have been living in this apartment for the last three years now and my current flatmate is making the move to live with his partner. I currently work in tech and work from home 5 days a week, however that will change in July as I transition to a hybrid model with more in-office days. I generally try to get out of the flat most evening having been cooped up there 9-5 and spend most weekends out and about. I enjoy the gym and running. I am a pescetarian but don't expect you to be. All my previous flatmates have had regular diets so all good there.
