Three Furnished Rooms avail in a large social terrace 5 min walk from Central Station.

The first room is quite compact and comes furnished with a double bed, set of drawers, desk and a clothes rack. It's $315pw, plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $350pw altogether. It's also available to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $450pw altogether. It's available now.

The second room is quite large and comes furnished with a double bed, set of drawers, desk and clothes rack. It's $340pw, plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $375pw altogether. It's also available to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $475 altogether. It's available now.

The third room is also quite large. It comes furnished with a double bed, set of drawers, desk and built in wardrobe. It's $365pw, plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $400pw altogether. It's also available to a couple for an extra $100pw, or $500pw altogether. It's available now.

The house is on one of the best streets in Redfern. It’s a culdesac, so there is no through traffic.

The house features a large lounge room and kitchen, an outside area with clothes line and table and chairs.

There are also two modern bathrooms, one with an indoor laundry.

Bills include unlimited wifi, gas, electricity and water.

We are quite a friendly house and enjoy hanging out at the house when we are around. There are 5 housemates altogether.

We are currently Luckas (29) from US, works at Sydney Uni and myself, (27) from Perth, I work in media.
