Gorgeous and very large modern 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment in a quiet and secure complex in Ramsgate Beach.
The apartment is at the back of the complex so it is quiet with a large private balcony to enjoy and as you can see, in the photo, cockatoos visit on the balcony 😊 and can hear the sounds of lots of birds chirping every day.

Location:
Just a 3 mins walk to the beach to enjoy walking, running, cycling, swimming along 6 kms of beachfront and several parks.
3 mins walk to the local shops, 6 cafes, 2 supermarkets (IGA and Coles) as well as a local RSL, post office, 2 chemists and more.
10 Mins drive to St George Hospital and
15 mins drive to Sydney Airport.
2 mins to the popular Ramsgate Organic Food Markets for fresh fruit and vegetables brought by local farmers.

Access to transport:
- Only 300 m walk to the bus stop
- 10 mins drive to Kogarah Train Station
- 12 mins drive to Rockdale Train Station

The large bathroom - floor tiles and shower have recently been regrouted.

I have my own bedroom (the 3rd bedroom) and ensuite so I will not be sharing your bathroom.

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with a very large living room area, separate dining room and large wrap around balcony.

I have made an office nook. The desk can be raised and lowered, with 2 mounted tilting/rotating monitors, 2 office chairs and access to printer/scanner. 2 people can use the office desk at the same time.

We have our own separate laundry but no dryer. But we have plenty of areas to hang the washing and 6 washing lines downstairs that are always available.

Parking:
There are 5 visitor parking spots under the complex and there is a lot of street parking directly outside.

Bills and expenses

The apartment only has access to electricity (no gas) so in addition to your weekly rent we will each pay $20 per week for electricity and $10 per week for internet if you need it. If you are not in town then you wont need to pay for these.
