One bedroom is furnished (queen sized bed, bedside table, drawers, desk, chair) and the other is unfurnished. Both are the same size. Both have built-in wardrobes and ceiling light/fans. Both have at the window double blinds (one for full light block and the other transparent so plenty of light can come in but still maintain privacy). Both will share the large bathroom.

Beachside Living
Gorgeous and very large modern 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment in a quiet and secure complex in Ramsgate Beach.
The apartment is at the back of the complex so it is quiet with a large private balcony to enjoy and large trees giving a lovely green nature screen. As you can see in the photo we get cockatoos visiting on our balcony 😊 and we hear the sounds of lots of birds chirping every day.
Location:
The apartment is just a 3 mins walk to the beach if you enjoy walking, running or cycling along a 3 km stretch on either side, left to Brighton-le-Sands and right to Dolls Point and Sans Souci or a swim or enjoy just being directly at the beach and many parks or any of the other adjoining beaches. Or to just enjoy a stroll in the sand and water’s edge along the beach after a long days work.
3 mins walk to the local shops, local RSL, post office, 2 chemists, 2 supermarkets (IGA and Coles) as well as 6 cafes and more.
10 Mins drive to St George Hospital and 15 mins drive to Sydney Airport.
We are also only a 2 mins drive to the popular Ramsgate Organic Food Markets for fresh fruit and vegetables brought by local farmers.
Access to transport:
- Only 300 m walk to the bus stop
- 10 mins drive to Kogarah Train Station
- 12 mins drive to Rockdale Train Station

The large bathroom has storage area and drawers under the sink and the shower and floor tiles have recently been regrouted. There is a shower and separate bathtub.
I have my own bedroom (the 3rd bedroom) and ensuite so I will not be sharing your bathroom.
The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with a very large living room area and TV sitting area, separate dining room and large wrap around balcony. I have a Genzon water filter you are welcome to use.
I have made an office nook/corner you are welcome to use. It has an office desk that can be raised for standing and lowered for sitting, 2 office chairs (one modern and one traditional with memory foam cushion) with 2 mounted and tilting/rotating monitors and access to printer/scanner as well as separate working desk. 2 people can use the office desk at the same time.
The very large living room has 2 balcony sliding doors and 2 retractable fan lights with remote controls that are very effective in summer and being so close to the beach means we get a lovely sea breeze most of the summer afternoons. Lots of birds are in the area and cockatoos visit us on our balcony daily, see photo.

Bills and expenses

The apartment only has access to electricity (no gas) so in addition to your weekly rent we will each pay $20 per week for electricity and $10 per week for internet if you need it. If you are not in town then you wont need to pay for these.

I am into holistic health and do lots of research.

I am very busy at work and away for around 6 months in the year and when I am in town I am mostly at the beach, café or out with friends so you will pretty much enjoy the place to yourselves.

I am not a clean freak, but I am super security conscious and require you to be too. I value our safety and security above all! So I need you to be strict about locking the apartment door and balcony sliding doors when you leave and strictly no visitors! There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and the RSL to meet and they are just around the corner.

I don’t drink, I love to travel and I am an early riser.
