Flat is furnished, no bed in room but there is a desk and cube shelves available. The room has been used as a healing room so energy is very good. Lots of natural light, roll down blinds and fine curtains. Cube shelves and desk fit well.

Local shops and beach 5 min walk.
Quiet block with respectful older neighbours.
Large living room, pantry. Old style electric stove kitchen but quaint. Shelf space in lower kitchen cupboards and pantry. No washing mashing but there are taps for one.
Bathroom has separate shower and bath, nice water pressure.
