A beautiful Art Deco apartment in North Bondi. Everything else in the apartment is all setup, with recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. And a nice layout for 2,3 or 4 people to live very comfortably.
It’s close to tennis courts, a park, best local cafes, and has a beautiful neighbourhood feel - the apartment block is very friendly! 10 mins walk to Bondi Beach. Best part of Bondi in my opinion!
