About the Place:
A bright and breezy 2-bedroom apartment in North Bondi with a bonus sunroom, just a 7 minute walk to the beach. The apartment gets amazing natural light and is in a peaceful, leafy area close to cafes, shops, and bus stops.
You’d have your own private room, and we’d share a modern kitchen, living area, bathroom, and sunroom space (which can be used as workspace).
The room is furnished with a double bed, side table, lamp and a rug.
No party house vibes, but also not anti-social. I’d love to live with someone who shares the same values of cleanliness and wellness.

I’m a designer in Fintech working 3 days from home, and also teach breathwork and mindfulness in a studio on weekends. I love watching sunrises, sunsets, gym, yoga, pilates, squash, tennis, long walks and anything active. I love a peaceful home with good vibes, the occasional chat or beach walk, and mutual respect for space and quiet.
