Apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room.
It's fully furnished and ready to move in.
One off-street parking spot also available. It’s a quiet and clean space.
I am social and enjoy having friends over occasionally, but just to note: this is not a party house.

Ideally, looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, considerate of others' time, a non-smoker(not inside the apartment), and enjoys being social every now and then would be a great fit.
